The PARTNERSHIP
This executive had an upcoming presentation that she had procrastinated. She was holding onto fears around presenting but also wasn’t clear on how to present her ideas or build her story. In an intense half-day immersion, we got to the heart of her messaging, outlined a structure and built her presentation.

As with any entrepreneur, this creative business owner had numerous goals and was trying to navigate forward through the overwhelm of many options. During our sessions we worked through building more clarity around her messaging to be able to see what options really resonated and what we could prioritize. She had a dream brand that she wanted to partner with as she felt they aligned with her mission. We made a plan on how we could make it happen for her.

This sales account lead felt unsure and indecisive about a new job opportunity. During our coaching, we worked through the right questions to ask and the right timing of when to ask them to gain more clarity on what was the right move. We also talked through negotiating and how to balance staying firm yet grateful for the offer.

This associate was frustrated from being misled about her role in her company and not being given the responsibilities she hoped to take on. She also felt tired and insecure from job searching unsuccessfully for two years and not getting past the first round of interviews. During our coaching sessions, she learned how to better navigate interviewing and articulate her strengths. She learned how to communicate skills to try for roles different than her existing experience.
The OUTCOME
We created messaging that helped her share her ideas more meaningfully while not losing sight of conveying the information he needed to get across. We also normalized the fear and doubt that comes up around public speaking and gave her tools to positively channel the nervous energy.

We crafted the language around her strengths which she was able to apply to her immediate goal but also impacted her overall brand communication. Preparing her with this and the timing /pacing of her messaging, she was able to land her dream partnership and feel clear on her ask.

After a few sessions, he was confident in his decision and felt he had gained the clarity he needed to make the next move. He accepted the role with enthusiasm and excitement because he knew what we was walking into and negotiated exactly what he wanted.

After three sessions, she successfully went through four rounds of interviews and was offered the job. She gained confidence from the momentum and built deeper clarity on what she was getting into and why it may have been the right move at the time.
