Philosophy

The name, on her mark, is not a typo but a representation of my personal energy and philosophy about people, potential and purpose. 

There is power at the starting line, in the pause before we act.  And when we embrace that pause, we tune into our inner strength and stand in our power.  In its abbreviation, on her mark becomes ohm, the universal sound of the purposeful calm we feel when we own our potential.  I believe that outer challenges can lead to inner strength, that sometimes pausing creates greater momentum, and that trusting & moving with the flow between doing and being can lead to deeper connections in our lives.  

How ever it is we make our mark, be it boldly or quietly, let’s take aim and go for it.
