The name, on her mark™, is not a typo but a representation of my personal energy and philosophy about people, potential and purpose.  There is power at the starting line, in the pause before we act.  And when we embrace that pause, we tune into our inner strength and stand in our power. 

Outer challenges can lead to inner strength; sometimes pausing creates greater momentum, and trusting & moving with the flow between doing and being can lead to deeper connections in our lives.
