OUR mission
Leadership Coaching So You Can Live for a Living
On Her Mark™ is a coaching practice helping you breathe easy at work so you can actually live for a living (no matter what you do). Through transformative one on one coaching sessions and group training programs, we create a game plan together to maximize your impact and alignment as a leader.
We take a holistic approach to developing your career - from the big-picture vision to the day-to-day habits. Utilizing evidence-based strategies in positive psychology, wellness practices and leadership development, we empower professionals with the tools to do well at work without sacrificing their well-being.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Let’s work from OHM
OHM is intentionally in our business name, because it is the universal sound of the purposeful calm we all feel when we own our potential. To work from OHM, means to trust our inner voice so we can move forward with conviction, connection & consistency.
On Her Mark™ evokes the starting line. There is power at the start - in the pause before we act. And when we embrace that pause, we tune into our inner strength and stand in our power.
Meet Your Coach: Gayathri Balasundar
I have always been drawn to the invisible patterns that shape and connect us - the vibes, the senses, and all the spaces between – and this drives me to ask lots of questions. As a curious observer successfully navigating cross-cultural spaces, I have become the go-to for all things communication, culture and connection. Whether you meet me in the capacity of a communication coach, a fragrance marketer or even as a running buddy, I believe that keeping things simple and true to our inner voice is when we can breathe easy.
OUR VISION
Amplifying Well-Being at Work
Our current workplace culture celebrates and encourages the hustle and the grind - the constant doing & thinking, the cult of productivity, and the ever-present need to stay busy. While this feels like its the only way to work, we are seeing this approach increasingly lead to burnout.
Our vision is to sustainably integrate well-being into the workplace rather than escaping the office to find it. Instead of taking on more and overworking, we believe the key to making progress with alignment and engagement is to do less, and focus.
